Jamaican Jerk Halibut
Sweet -N- Spicy Caribbean Fun!

This Recipe Serves - 4

Nutrition per serving: Calories 256, Protein 36g, Carb.3g, Fat.10g, Chol.54mg

Jerk Seasoning:                                                      

1/2 tsp - Sugar

1/2 tsp - Salt

1/2 tsp - Allspice

1/2 tsp - Paprika                                                                                                                  

1/2 tsp - Red Pepper flakes

1/4 tsp - Nutmeg

1/4 tsp - cinnamon

Mix Jerk Seasoning ingredients together. Add:

3T -  Olive Oil

1/2 -  Med. Onion (chopped)

4 - 6oz Halibut steaks 

Rub mixture on both sides of the Halibut steaks. Set in fridge for 15 Minutes.

Grill for 4 - 5 Minutes per side on hot grill. Serve with Roasted Vegetables
